"Me and the rest of the team found out that the ambulance carrying our injured flanker Paul Lyons got stuck on the training pitch while we were playing on the other pitch.
"He was carrying the ball when he got tackled and landed badly on his knee and dislocated it on impact. So when we heard it got stuck we ran to our friend in need and after about five minutes we got it back on the road.
"After this we went on to win 26-14 and he was our motivation."
Here is hoping Paul can recover from what sounds like a very painful injury and get back on that soggy training field soon.
He has some good team-mates there, the Tullow Tank would be proud.
