The Scrums At Dawn event is totally free, and includes a HIIT workout and a healthy breakfast before Japan vs Ireland kicks off.
One of the biggest games of the 2019 Rugby World Cup groups stages takes place on Saturday, 28 September with Japan vs Ireland, and it looks set to be a cracker.
So do you know what would make you enjoy chilling out to watch the big match? An early-morning runabout and a bit of touch rugby.
We’ve teamed up with Lucozade Sport to bring you this rugby event with a difference. As part of their campaign “For a Nation That Moves Together,” we’ve put together a pretty special morning of fun, food, exercise, and most importantly, rugby.
Starting from 6:00AM, we’ll be taking over the HQ of Dublin club Old Wesley (right beside Donnybrook Stadium) for the entire morning. Kicking off with some fast-paced Lucozade Sport Touch Fit followed by a delicious and fully nutritious breakfast that you will be talked through by an experienced nutritionist.
After that, it gets even better. Irish internationals Dan Leavy and Sene Naoupu will make up a star-studded panel that’ll be hosted by none other than Irish legend Jerry Flannery and our own Paddy McKenna.
They’ll be giving us their thoughts ahead of the game, which will then be shown live for all in attendance. Once the final whistle has blown they’ll discuss how those 80 minutes went, so here’s hoping they’ll be dissecting an Ireland win!
For now, all you need to know is that this will be one of the most rewarding ways to watch the match. To apply for tickets, simply fill out the form below.
Limited spaces available, so get in quick!
