Quade Cooper responds to faceless Twitter troll the way most of us would like to

Quade Cooper is back in decent rugby nick and looking to hold down a starting spot with Queensland Reds after a recent red card.

The Wallabies international copped a three-week ban for his sending off against the Lions but is knuckling down again. Good timing too as The Rugby Championship is not far off.

Bernard Foley is the man in possession of the No.10 gold jersey but Cooper, and his x-factor attacking qualities, can’t be easily discounted.

Cooper is a divisive figure in Australian sport and just about every social media post of his gets a fair share of love and hate.

Cooper also attracts a healthy amount of trolls. No more so then when he posted this Instagram snap with his beloved dog.

While some commented on the lush carpet and others marvelled at Cooper’s quads, one Twitter user could no resist a smart remark…

Cooper responded with the sort of statement that most sports stars probably wish they could post more often.
