Rugby is the sort of sport that can lead to nasty injuries in even the most harmless of situations. Already today we saw poor old Nathan White have his face rearranged in an Inter-Pro A game and now Gloucester’s Charlie Sharples has posted proof that even training can be hazardous.

We understand a stray stud from one of his team-mates did this to the winger’s leg. Yikes
