Quite the transformation.
Devin Toner’s been at the peak of his game for the last 18 or so months, breaking into the Irish starting team and winning back-to-back Six Nations titles.
Seeing as it’s Thursday, Toner has opted for a throwback on Instagram to the early days of Devin, and while we’re not sure exactly how old he is in it, it’s fair to say he’s changed a bit down the years.
He knows it himself, captioning it “We’ve all been there!”
Not me though, I’m just a slightly balder version of mid-teen Neil Treacy.
