This doesn’t look pleasant, for players or fans
Connacht are taking on the Dragons today at Rodney Parade in what is a crucial game in their bid to claim a top-six finish in the Pro12, but on this evidence the weather looks set to play as big a part as any of the players on the field.
Connacht tweeted out this photo of the province preparing for kick-off, and dare we say it looks a tad muddy?

It could be worse though. This was the scene ahead of Grenoble’s Top 14 clash with Montpellier yesterday evening, but the game went ahead and the hosts, coached by former Ireland hooker Bernard Jackman, won 20-18.
