Munster have found their replacement for Donnacha Ryan and he is coming from Racing 92.
Irish Rugby announced that Munster will add two South Africans to their ranks with one, in particular, looking to be Donnacha Ryan’s replacement.
Gerbrandt Grobler will join Rassie Erasmus’ side for the upcoming season from Racing 92 after a year with the club.
The 25-year-old played against his new team in the Champions Cup last year and made a total of 20 appearances for the side and bagged five tries.
Grobler has previously played for Western Province and has also played Super Rugby with the Stormers.
Munster have also added flanker Chris Cloete to their squad.
The South African has also previously played for Western Province as well as well as representing Southern Kings and the Pumas.
Cloete has signed a three-year deal with the province while Grobler has penned a one-year deal.
