Ireland face France in a potential title-decider.

Ireland face France on Saturday in the Six Nations, and here is everything you need to know, including TV details, team news, and referee details.

You can follow the game in our live hub above.

What date and time is Ireland vs France?

Ireland take on France at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Saturday, March 8.

Kick-off is at 2:15 pm.

What is at stake?

Ireland failed to record a bonus point win over Wales, which means it is unlikely that they will finish on more points than France if they fail to win on Saturday.

France currently have a +91 points difference, while Ireland are on +28, which means it is almost impossible to overtake France in this regard.

Ireland will likely have to beat France and then Italy if they are to become the first ever team to win the Championship three times in a row.

To win the Grand Slam, Ireland will, of course, need to beat France.

Ireland claimed their biggest win ever over France in last year’s tournament, with a 38-17 victory in Marseille.

How can I watch?

In Ireland, RTÉ and Virgin Media are sharing coverage of the tournament, while the BBC and ITV share coverage in the UK.

In Ireland, you can watch Ireland vs France on RTÉ 2, and stream the game on the RTÉ Player.

In the UK, the Six Nations match will be broadcast live on ITV 1, and you can stream it live on ITVX.

Team news.

The teams will be named on Thursday.

Ireland are hoping that captain Caelan Doris and Rónan Kelleher will be back fit, after missing the Wales clash.

Tadhg Furlong – who has not played for Ireland since the summer – has not been ruled out either, while Garry Ringrose will miss the game after receiving a two-match suspension following the red card he picked up in Cardiff.

What are the odds?

BoyleSports have Ireland as slight favourite at 4/5, with France at evens, while a draw is priced at 22/1.

Referee

Australia’s Angus Gardner will take charge of the game.
