Rolling back the years with this quick wit.
Stephen Ferris has made a habit of sticking his neck out during his brief but colourful punditry career.
In the lead-up to Ulster’s tricky away match with Leinster, he talked up Stuart McCloskey and Luke Marshall while remarking that ‘a lot of people have been blowing smoke up Ben Te’o and Garry Ringrose’s arses’.
He stuck his neck out and got it wrong.
Te’o and Ringrose were agony and ecstasy for Leinster as they crushed Ulster’s PRO12 dreams.
The former Rabbitoh feasted on Ulstermen while Ringrose ghosted through the game and played a key role in Jamie Heaslip’s excellent try. The boy can tackle too.
No sooner was the match over than D’Arcy was on Twitter, trolling his former Ireland teammate.
Which way is that smoke blowing now @StephenFerris6 😉

Ferris is on BBC duty this evening but we expect a prompt response from the big man as soon as that red light goes off.
