Guns don’t kill people… well, David Pocock’s probably could.

If you’ve heard of the Australian rugby star before, you’re probably aware of the fact that he’s a bit of a fitness freak.

That may be the understatement of the century, considering as a 14-year-old, he refused to go on a family yacht trip to Whitsunday Islands unless his gear also made the journey. His father revealed in the documentary Australian TV documentary True Grit, that he had to rent a trailer for his weights and bench press so he could pump iron on the back of the yacht.

His obsession with cultivating mass and building muscle has followed him throughout his career. And now, well, he’s just an absolute monster.

How do you achieve a physique that looks like it was chiseled out of marble by the Gods themselves? While being a professional athlete who gets paid to train helps quite a bit, a lot of it has to do with lifestyle.

We’ve already told you how he would seize any opportunity to work out as a youth and this attitude has clearly followed him into adulthood.

You don’t need much to get a pump on, a rope, a tree and the gas tank of a Mack truck is all you need. You don’t even need to use your legs, apparently!
