Phew.
Munster recorded a famous win the Guinness Pro 12 tonight as they dogged a 16-14 win over Edinburgh at Murrayfield.
Anthony Foley’s side had to endure several nervous moments in the game, as they had two players yellow carded as well as barely hanging on the death for the victory.
Ian Keatley proved the hero as he scored 11 points while John Ryan got over for the all important try.
The win sees Munster move up to second in the table, but the wife of one of the players struggled to keep her composure during the game.
Cj Stander was brilliant all night and he put his body on the line at the death to save what could have been a match winning score with a desperate blockdown on Sam Hidalgo-Clyne’s drop-goal attempt.
Stander, who’s now Irish qualified, left a very nervous wife at home
Missing @BJBotha in the scrum tonight! #EdiVMun

Stander’s blockdown came three minutes into added on time and his wife’s relief was very very evident
