Cian Healy and Sean O’Brien have been doing some serious lifting ahead of Italy clash

There are no more weights

Ben Kiely

Rumour has it, it’s called the deadlift because Cian Healy killed it.

The Irish rugby squad were looking pumped at a gym session on Tuesday ahead of their Pool D clash against Italy at London’s Olympic Stadium on Sunday.

Unsurprisingly, all the heavy lifting was done by the forwards, notably Sean O’Brien and Cian Healy who appeared to be just showing off the incredible amount of tin they can push.
