Chris Henry doesn’t dilly-dally, does he?
The Ulster flanker posted a picture yesterday of his return to the gym after overcoming a serious health scare last month.
The 30-year-old was ruled out of Ireland’s victory over South Africa on November 8 after experiencing headaches that team doctors put down to “migraines”.
After further examination, it was revealed that Henry actually had “a temporary blockage of a small blood vessel in his brain” and underwent surgery on his heart to “repair a defect”.

We are thrilled to hear that he’s back in the gym and look forward to seeing him back on the pitch before long.
