We are all for mussing the hair of a vanquished opponent but this is so far over the line that the line is a dot.
England were tonked by New Zealand in the Cricket World Cup this morning and the Kiwi captain, Brendon McCullum, was the chief architect on the pom’s destruction.
So excited was All Blacks scrum-half Jimmy Cowan by the victory that he felt impelled to share this piece on unfortunately worded photoshop ‘banter’ by the Cricket Stuff Facebook page. Sharing, in this case, is definitely not caring.
Cowan is currently playing Super Rugby with Auckland Blues. The last of his 51 Test caps was in 2011. He played two seasons with Gloucester before returning to New Zealand late last year.
