A clear theme emerges with European fighters such as Alexander Gustafsson, Michael Bisping and Robert Whiteford backing The Notorious while most non-Europeans like Ryan Bader, Seth Baczynski and Darren Elkins gave the long-time champion the edge.
Some fighters were vague in their answering of the question but, by our count, Aldo was selected by more fighters… slightly.
