Straight Blast Gym, run by John Kavanagh, has recently made headlines after a series of blog posts by Craig Rankin, a young Dubliner with Spina Bifida.

His blog series – entitled Being Disabled in Mixed Martial Arts – went viral in November, with outlets clamouring for a quote from Craig.
