You can’t make an all-egg white omlette without cracking a few frying pans.
In case you were in any doubt, this video proves that the UFC’s next big superstar, Sage ManZant is pretty damn strong.
In a recent video posted to Twitter, the 155 lb rising star showed off his crazy grip strength, bending a frying pan in half with with his bare hands.
Casey Ryback made the claim in the double-Oscar nominated film Under Siege that nobody beats him in the kitchen. Not sure that’s as true today as it was when it was released in 1992 with this kid around.
To be fair, that film was released (depressingly) four years before Northcutt was born.
