We don’t see it often but, when we do, it’s glorious.
The Twister is one of the less common submissions in MMA, having only been finished once in the UFC when Chan Sung Jung submitted Leonard Garcia in 2011 which earned the Korean featherweight the “submission of the year” award.
And we got another glimpse of the body and neck crank on Friday at ONE Championship: Pride of Lions when Angela Lee moved to 3-0 with the Twister victory over Natalie Hills in Singapore.
That does not look like fun!
