UFC women's bantamweight champion Rousey was on The Tonight Show last night to promote her book "My fight, your fight" and was only too happy to demonstrate the technique of hyper-extending the elbow joint, the basic element of her famous armbar with which she has finished nine of her eleven fights.
It took just six seconds for Rowdy to get the verbal tap from the talk show host which is just eight seconds less than the entire duration of her last fight.
The woman is scary!
