Aisling Daly was given a massive boost ahead of her quarter-final fight against Jessica Penne on last night’s episode of The Ultimate Fighter.
“The Notorious” stopped by the TUF gym to give some words of encouragement to SBG team-mate Ais “The Bash”.
In the clip, the featherweight contender takes the strawweight belt, which the cast members are fighting for, from its perch and tries it on for size and we’re happy to say it suits him down to the ground.
He then hands the belt over to Aisling and says “this is yours, hold that shit.”
McGregor, who meets Dennis Siver at UFC Boston, also meets the other fighters on the show and comments on the tension that exists between the cast members.
