Well, this is one way of promoting a fight.
Brazilian TV network Globo have produced a magnificent promo for UFC 189 that is sure to please all the old-school gamers.
The station have drawn inspiration from the classic beat em up game Street Fighter, to make a nifty (yes, I use that word) ad for the most highly anticipated UFC fight of the year.
The highlight of the video is almost certainly the cameo by a certain grey-haired Octagon announcer with a booming voice that comes completely out of nowhere. It’s as nifty as promos come these days, and that’s saying a lot.
Nifty.
