Instead of Marty McFly we’ve got our own legend in Conor McGregor, and he doesn’t need any DeLorean to predict what’s going to happen in the future.
If you were shocked and disappointed by Jose Aldo’s decision to pull out of UFc 189, then you shouldn’t have been as ‘The Notorious’ had called it in a SportsJOE video at the start of the year.
So the UFC have cottoned on to the fact that if McGregor says something is going to happen in the future, it usually does.
Their latest promo for next weeks interim title showdown with Chad Mendes is called ‘Mystic Mac,’ and it features a fresh-faced and non-tattooed Dubliner in action in some of his very first MMA fights as well as some bold predictions.
Not so bold now as most if not all have come true.
