If you thought Conor McGregor’s gymnastics at Muscle Beach were impressive, prepare to be blown away by a 64-year-old doing the exact same thing.
This video sent into us on Twitter shows a 64-year-old Carlow native doing a remarkable number of muscle-ups, but not before wishing the Notorious best of luck in his title fight against Jose Aldo at UFC 189.
Suddenly, McGregor’s version doesn’t look all that impressive anymore.

Ok, it still looks ludicrously difficult, but in fairness, despite what his fondness for mobility scooters might otherwise suggest, McGregor hasn’t quite reached retirement age yet.
