Ronda Rousey is no stranger to shattering records, breaking down boundaries and clocking up world firsts.
She went from hurt kid, to medal-winning Olympian in judo to the imperious and undefeated UFC champion we see before us now.
Rousey has become a figurehead for female fighters and helped redefine the realms of what is seen as ‘sexy’ and ‘feminine’ in the mainstream media.
Now she has become the first woman ever to grace the cover of Men’s Fitness magazine.
For years it has always been muscular men with six packs on show, splashed across the cover of the iconic title.
But such is Rousey’s status that she has been granted her own cover in a special edition on how the UFC star can make you tougher.
