Chael Sonnen and Conor McGregor get on like a house on fire.
The former UFC middleweight and light heavyweight challenger is a huge fan of how McGregor sells fights and Sonnen even got to interview the Dubliner for ESPN on Monday.
That led us to believe that “The American Gangster” was Team Notorious all the way and his Facebook post today has only further cemented that belief.
Sonnen took to Facebook to complain about the fact that McGregor’s upcoming opponent Chad Mendes was avoiding his calls and was so incensed by this that he seemingly left Money’s phone number so that Sonnen’s fans could get a hold of the featherweight.
We’re sound out so we blurred out the last four digits of the number but it looks like a pretty bold move from Chael because nine hours have passed and he’s still not deleted it.
Note to self – never ignore Chael Sonnen’s phonecalls.
