It rarely happens, but Conor McGregor actually doesn’t take centre stage in this photo.
There are a lot of strange photos of McGregor online, but this might just be the weirdest one featuring the Irish UFC superstar.

McGregor appears to be coaching a fighter who’s taking on a man dressed as Spiderman. The fighter looks like he’s just sunk in a triangle choke on Spidey, and adds insult to injury by giving Spidey the one-fingered salute. To add to the strangeness of the pic, Rorschach from the Watchmen appears to be Spiderman’s coach.
Have another look at McGregor’s stance. It looks all too horrifyingly familiar, eh?
We cannot confirm whether it is the same Kung Fu fighting Spiderman who became an internet celebrity for his brawl in Dublin City centre in summer 2014. If it is the same Marvel hero, the stand-up’s fine, but he seriously needs to work on his jiu-jitsu.
