Conor McGregor’s message to Floyd Mayweather upstaged by Notorious troll’s response

So simple, but so brilliant

Ben Kiely

Even Conor McGregor should be able to admit that this is pretty damn funny.

Here’s a real treat for those of you who are fed up hearing that Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather still hasn’t been booked yet.

Unfortunately, it’s not the confirmed date or venue for the diamond-encrusted panty night, nor is it the news that all parties have come to an agreement.

It is, however, a Twitter user taking the piss. That’s something that can be appreciated by anybody, regardless of whether you’re into your sport or not.

As things stand, McGregor and the UFC have supposedly come to an agreement over terms. Now all they need to do is get the biggest PPV draw in combat sports history to put pen to paper on some sort of a deal.

Until that happens, you’re going to see a lot of things like this tweet from ‘The Notorious’. There’s no doubt about who this message was aimed at.

Although it probably wasn’t meant for Twitter user Robbie Fox, we’re very glad it found it’s way to him.

The man who works for Barstool Sports does this amazing thing where he recreates McGregor’s tweets and sends them right back to him.

The results speak for themselves.

Remember that GQ cover McGregor tweeted out?

Robbie had his own version of that one too.

How about that ‘love you’ selfie to the fans?

That’s right, you guessed it.

Keep up the good work. Never fails to give us a giggle.
