Diaz put his right fist a little too close to McGregor's face for the Irishman's liking and McGregor punched it away, prompting members of both fighters' camps to rush the stage.
Diaz was seen nursing his hand after the strike but insists it is not injured, something that McGregor doesn't agree with.

"The medics are in with him now," McGregor said.
"His wrist will never be the same - like his bum knee, like his bum right leg.
"I'm going to take that right leg home."
