“I can’t believe I’m watching this.”
A year after making his dream comes true, Augusta became a nightmarish place for Sergio Garcia. The reigning Masters champion’s defence descended into farce on the par 5 15th when he found the water four times. Yes, four.
Garcia was already +2 through 14 and heading for an unsatisfactory opening round when he collapsed in spectacular fashion on the testing par-5.
Watch him dump his tenth shot into the drink, failing to control the spin on his ball.

Sky Sports commentator Ewen Murray’s response: “I can’t believe I’m watching this.” Neither could we, to be honest.
Below is footage of four of Garcia’s efforts. Warning: it’s painful.

It all added up to a 13, eight over for the hole, leaving the Spaniard +10 after 15 holes. That 13 is officially the highest score ever posted on that hole. What a nightmare. Well, he will always have memories of last year.
