Eagle-eyed golf fans will be quick to spot Padraig Harrington in this video.
To many internet users, the Mannequin Challenge is just another fad that seemed like a hoot at the start, but is undoubtedly destined to the suffer the same fate as trends such as 2013’s Harlem Shake and die a quick and welcome death.
Until it sounds its death rattle, we’re forced to endure its annoying lifespan in its entirety until something new we’ll all learn to hate replaces it. When that time comes, we’ll all be on our hands and knees pleading the viral Gods to resurrect it from that ‘undiscovered country’ and bring us back to that slightly happier time when that new thing that’s been sweeping the internet wasn’t a part of our lives.
Fortunately, the Mannequin Challenge hasn’t run its course yet, although it may well have reached its peak. We’re hard pressed trying to think of a better version than the one published by the European Tour recently featuring some of the biggest names in the game.
One such star of the good walk spoiled who features in the brilliant video is three-time Major winner and plant sterols advocate Padraig Harrington. See if you can spot the Dublin native in the video embedded below but be warned, his appearance is brief albeit, very memorable.
