We hope the Masters goes better than this…
It must be a struggle to come up with new and exciting covers for golf magazines, as the sport is a haven of conservatism and cookie cutter players.
So we can’t really blame the designer of this month’s Golf Digets ccover for trying to think outside the box for their Masters issue.
The decision to put Rory McIlory, the winner of the last two Majors and on the hunt for his first Augusta title, on the cover is a no brainer but the rest of the design, a cross between Michelangelo’s David and Groundskeeper Willie is a baffler.
