Kerry full forward Kieran Donaghy put in the mother of all shoulders during Austin Stacks’ clash with Slaughtneil in the All-Ireland SFC semi-finals.
Slaughtneil’s Christopher Bradley was trying to make a fairly inoffensive run when Donaghy came out of nowhere with a forceful challenge that sent him crashing down to the ground. It wasn’t your average shoulder charge, as you can see from the clip below, he absolutely flattened him.
The Kerry club subsequently won a free from that passage of play but were unable to capitalise on it, which proved very costly in the dramatic game.
