We hear that people in Clones and Clontibret are only coming round around now after Sunday’s historic Ulster title success for the Monaghan footballers over Donegal.
The 0-11 to 0-10 win was celebrated by a huge amont of people on the pitch and it looks like the celebrations that night weren’t bad either.
Veteran Dick Clerkin it seems was the detailed as the MC for the night and he entertained the crowd with a lusty version of Liverpool and Celtic classic ‘You’ll Never walk Alone’ for the crowds gathered to celebrate with their heroes.
