Clonbur GAA field in Galway as we know has amazing drainage
And how do we know that?
Well because last month they found themselves in this kind of quandary after a previous storm battered the west of Ireland.
But just 24 hours later the pitch looked like this
Almost perfect.
Well we feel that there may be a few loads of extra sand heading west this afternoon as this video of how the pitch looks in the wake of Storm Desmond makes for shocking viewing.
