It’s a different film, it’s a different shark!
It’s a different ball, it’s a different sport.
Aidan O’Shea might be king of the launched ball in Ireland but he’s struggling to get to grips with that oval piece of pig skin they have across the pond.
The Mayo GAA legend is sampling American Football as part of AIB GAA’s The Toughest Trade documentary but, although we’re used to seeing him dominate defenders and gobble up any kind of ball that comes in his direction when it’s an O’Neill’s size five, the Breaffy man is taking his time adapting to its American counterpart.
We’re sure he’ll be fine. He’s still got that frightening burst up field. Baby steps.
.@AIDOXI doesn't have any problem catching passes in #GAA, so surely it should be no different in #NFL? #TheToughesthttps://t.co/IXlPljpFFK
