Pucing brilliant
West Ham were in Ireland this week on a pre-season training camp in Cork, and while down in the Rebel county they decided to get a taste some of the local culture on Leeside.
We don’t just mean Clonakilty black pudding and drisheen either.
No, of course we mean the great old game of hurling, boy.
Mark Noble and James Collins decided to show their hand at pucing a ball around with Noble finding the hardness of the sliotar at bit too much for his delicate hands in this video that appears on West Ham’s official website.
Maybe that’s why he decided he wouldn’t declare for Ireland
However Collins does show a decent strike, and if Jimmy Barry Murphy is looking for a new faces to strengthen up his defence maybe he could give the lads a call.
