There have been some frank discussions on Facebook as All-Ireland fever builds

It’s a stressful time, the build-up to an All-Ireland final.

There’s media nonsense, scrutiny, fan pressure, nerves and last bits of training that really aren’t going to make a difference at this stage.

All both camps want to do is get out on the Croke Park field on Sunday and end this endless build-up.

But they have to wait and some of that pent-up anxiety – coupled with a culmination of a full summer of frustration – must be starting to tell.

Like the rest of us, those involved in the Kerry and Dublin camps are surely fond of venting on social media and this is how we imagine the Facebook pages of the key protagonists might look as Sunday inches closer and closer.

Éamonn Fitzmaurice is being cute but a simple nothing status has kicked off a shit-storm.
