The GAA Hour: Galway’s Michael Lundy on his return from America

"It's nice to come home and still have football to play"

Sean McMahon

The Galway man is looking to make up for lost time.

On the latest edition of the GAA Hour, Michael Lundy recalls his time in New York and explains why he left for one of the largest cities in the world.

He also discusses his return to club action with Corofin and what his hopes are for the future.

Colm Parkinson is also joined by John Fogarty of the Irish Examiner, who joins in the discussion of the future feasibility of the All-Star trip, the worrying trend surrounding players plying their trade with more than one club and Ger Loughnane’s recent comments about Kilkenny manager, Brian Cody.

All that and the lads also discuss Davy Fitzgerald’s intense training schedule that he has lined up for the Wexford hurlers.

Michael Lundy joins Wooly for a wide-ranging discussion that starts with a chat about Ger Loughnane, dodgy transfers and Davy Fitzgerald’s training methods. Subscribe here on iTunes.
