Terms and conditions for Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Camogie Ticket Competition

  1. The promoter of this competition is Liberty Insurance Limited.
  2. Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in Ireland. Employees/families/agents of the promoter and its associates are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person/per household. No purchase is necessary.
  3. The prize for this competition is 2 tickets to the All-Ireland Camogie final taking place on the 11th September in Croke Park and €300 spending money. The winner will be randomly selected. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the tickets.
  4. This competition is open between 24th August and midnight on 5th September. No entries will be entered into the prize draw after this date.
  5. Winners will be notified by phone at 1pm on Tues 6th of September.
  6. Winners may not sell their tickets and acceptance of tickets constitutes acceptance of GAA Ground Regulations and GAA Ticket rules. Full details available on www.gaa.ie
  7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice. In the event the competition is cancelled there will not be a refund of the prize value.
  8. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance, and if the winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period, or if the prize is declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion.
  9. Entrant details will not be used for any other marketing purposes and will not be disclosed to any third parties other than SportsJoe.ie and Liberty Insurance.
  10. If any of the above clauses are unenforceable the rest of the terms and conditions shall remain in force.
  11. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of the promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The name of the winner may be obtained by any entrant to the competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to All-Ireland Camogie Competition, Marketing Department, The Liberty Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
  13. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner’s name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and runners up and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as the promoter may require. Personal details will not be disclosed without prior consent of winner.
  14. Participation in the competition denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
  15. The promoter does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and contestants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any such problems.
