There won’t be many Dublin players who were lining out for the county the last time they played a Championship game outside of Croke Park.
But they’ll have to dust off their road maps next summer as a Leinster council meeting has approved Nowlan Park as the venue for the reigning champions’ quarter-final meeting with either Laois or Wicklow next June.
If the road maps aren’t clear enough, though, perhaps the succinct directions of Kilkenny hurler Richie Hogan will do the job.
The Cats midfielder tweeted Dublin stars Philly McMahon, Jack McCaffrey and Bernard Brogan with the best route to Nowlan Park next June.

And the lads were only too happy to engage in the bit of craic.
