PIC: Dublin camogie team invent genius way to take selfies

Amazing what you can do with a hurl, isn't it

Kevin McGillicuddy

We hope that someone patents this idea right away.

Speaking from personal experience, taking selfies usually results in someone’s thumb being over half the picture and as the camera is tilted at an angle, it either makes someone a giant or a midget.

But one Dublin camogie side may have come up with an ingenious selfie stick/hurl mash-up after a recent league win.

The St Finians camogie side from Swords in Dublin needed to get a selfie after the match, so according to Ailbhe Byrne, thanks to a bobbin, an IPhone and a Star hurl, they got the perfect picture in the dressing room afterwards.
