You could forgive the Galway hurlers for enjoying the aftermath of an historic one point win over Tipperary on Sunday.
The county is 27 years on from its last All-Ireland title, but for at least two players it was right back to life in their local club last night.
Aidan Harte and Greg Lally decided to celebrate their part in Sunday’s one point win over Tipperary by helping out their club’s U13’s in a local game last night.
The Gort men were on the sideline for their club’s game against Michael Cusack’s and they saw their younger club-mates enjoy a 1-10 to 1-6 win.
