Stop everything as we have got your perfect halloween costume right here.

For the festival of Samhain this year we’re going to dress up as Jim McGuinness/Jesus Christ circa 1992.

The former Donegal manager is now better known as Mr Clean Cut with his greying hair above a distinguished gentleman’s jawline.

But for anyone unaware of what Jim used to look like then may we remind you of the half-man/half-biblical figure that stalked GAA pitches across the country in the mid 1990s.

Black curly hair, black facial hair, and eyes that would make Mary Magdalene melt at his very feet.

The All-Ireland winning manager of course is set to launch his new book tonight in Glenties, Until Victory Always, and one of his former charges has taken a well aimed snipe at his ex-boss’ hair style from many moons ago ahead of the event.

Eamon McGee won various Ulster crowns under Jim’s stewardship, but his tweet today reveals that despite not having the flowing locks anymore, Jim still enjoys treating his tresses to only the very best care.
