Are things breaking for Clare at the right time?
Sure, they haven’t won a championship match in almost two years since they beat Cork in the 2013 All-Ireland final replay but events of the last two days will give Davy Fitzgerald confidence that his side can still make a run at the 2015 edition of the Liam McCarthy Cup.
The Banner will host Offaly in the qualifiers on July 4th, and are heavily favoured to win after Brian Whelahan’s men were beaten by Laois in the Leinster championship.
And Fitzgerald will have a stronger panel to choose from as the Clare People is reporting that Colm Galvin, who won an Allstar in 2013, has returned from his J1 summer in Boston and will rejoin the panel.

Some GAA journalists think the tide could be turning for Clare after a tough couple of weeks.
Colm Galvin returning, kind qualifier draw, backs to the wall, wouldn't write off Clare.
