While we’re massive fans of this internet malarky, it has undeniably destroyed quizzes.
It’s by no coincidence that the average score in pub quizzes has increased since smartphone technology became widespread. It’s just too damn easy to cheat and there are too man people willing to be dishonest in order to make themselves appear slightly better at remembering trivia than they actually are.
The beauty of a problem such as this is that it forces innovation. So we’ve put together a GAA quiz that is designed to promote honesty. Get over 10/12 in this one (without cheating) and be prepared to feel a real sense of accomplishment.
