Remember that time Aidan O’Shea was criticised for taking selfies?
The word going around was that he didn’t do the cool down with his teammates and instead posed for selfies with fans.
What actually had happened is that the Breaffy man had already done his cool down and was just being a nice guy taking photos with fans.
The Mayo lads are good for that, they’ve come out in the past saying how important it is to get photos with the younger fans because when they were younger the players did the same.
But it doesn’t stop at just the GAA, at least not for Aidan O’Shea. It also extends to the basketball court.
O’Shea was playing for Ej Sligo as they got knocked out by the Portlaoise Panthers and the victors couldn’t help but have a bit of fun on Twitter throughout the game.

But even in the aftermath of the 70-64 defeat, the 2017 All-Star nominee was sticking around for photos with fans because that’s what he does.
