Another day, another signing through the door for Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolves are having a busy summer ahead of their return to the top flight, and have sealed yet another new arrival on Wednesday in the shape of Jonny Castro Otto.
The 24-year-old has arrived at Molineux on loan from Atletico Madrid, having only recently joined Diego Simeone’s side in a permanent deal from Celta Vigo. The full-back appeared 36 times for Celta in La Liga last season and has represented Spain 34 times at youth level.
Otto’s arrival at Wolves follows the signing of Portugal international Joao Moutinho, who completed a move from AS Monaco earlier in the week.
Moutinho’s agent is Jorge Mendes, who has close links to the club. He will join several of his countryman at Wolves, including Diogo Jota, Ruben Neves, Ruben Vinagre and recently signed goalkeeper Rui Patricio.
