West Brom could be our favourite club after what they did for this 107-year-old fan

What a gesture

Chilly? Well fear not because we’re about to warm your heart.

For any Premier League neutrals who haven’t made their mind up about which team to support, we urge you to go out and buy a West Brom jersey.

The touching birthday gift that the Baggies gave to an elderly fan deserve endless admiration and support.

Jack Jones turned 107 years old recently and the West Midlands club decided to make his day yesterday.

Jones has supported West Brom for the best part of a century and was rewarded for his loyalty with a day out at the Hawthorns when he got the chance to see his team claim a 1-0 victory over Southampton.

He was also presented with a jersey with “Jack 107” printed on the back by club captain Darren Fletcher, as well as a signed football which Jones has planned to auction off to raise money for his care home.

We take our hat off to you Jack, and to West Brom who are one club that truly knows how to look after its fans.
