Wales are sure to show up to Cardiff with their unrivalled set of pipes.
Every time Wales take part in any sporting event, their supporters are deservedly praised for their rendition of their national anthem.
Rarely do the fans disappoint with their performance of Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau (that spelling is brought to you by Google). However, not all renditions of the song are created equal. Some are much more powerful than others.
A recent example of a particularly moving version of the song came on Friday night before Wales’ 1-0 away win at Georgia. The Georgian FA accidentally cut the music after the first verse and some eejit began introducing the hosts’ anthem.
Fortunately, the Welsh faithful had the perfect response to the unexpected interruption.

The 2,000 travelling fans weren’t fazed at all, nor were the players, as everyone continued to belt out their country’s anthem with unwavering pride. The acapella version of the song made it all the more stirring and according to the Wales Online they want to do it again.
The Welsh publication is reporting that the team have made a special request to their football association to turn the music off after the first few bars of the anthem and allow the crowd to see it through to the end.
If that actually happens, expect the atmosphere to be absolutely electric during the pre-match tradition.
