We feel like we’re intruding watching this.
You see many a weird and wonderful thing at a football game. Half-half scarves, giant afro wigs, his ‘n’ her matching football shirts, and Brazilian goalkeepers thrusting their groins into the faces of remarkably calm coaching staff.
Well you do at Vicarage Road anyway. Ahead of Watford’s early morning kick-off versus Everton, both sets of players were warming up as usual. There was nothing untoward going on, until Heurelho Gomes starting performing an almost unmentionable-looking act against his goalpost.
Soccer AM noticed the ‘stretching’ exercise, which involved Gomes energetically thrusting his groin area into a conveniently crouching member of the Watford training staff. It was pretty intimate stuff.
What is Heurelho Gomes doing here?! #SoccerAM https://t.co/ELvr9XXjxW

Whatever he was doing, let’s hope it worked.
